Booking and Deposits
- All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
- If you’re using a gift voucher, please provide the voucher number at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.
- Cancellations made with the required notice will allow for a refund of your deposit
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Children and Guests
- For safety and comfort, we ask that children do not accompany clients during treatments.
Treatment Limitations
- Some treatments may have age restrictions or require clients to disclose medical conditions. Please check with us if you have any concerns!
Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
