A patch test is required for first time treatment before getting lash extensions or a lash lift to ensure you don’t have any allergic reactions to the products used. We recommend scheduling this at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Yes, All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Absolutely, we do offer gift certificates! You can easily purchase them online or visit us in the salon to get one.

For safety and comfort, we ask that children do not accompany clients during treatments. 

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
